Tamarack Ridge Estates is located close to the beautiful homes known as Spy Glass Hill. Both neighborhoods sit aside a hill in the Bloomington Hills area. The beautiful homes built on the hillside almost have a feel of the San Diego area. The HOA’s are about $100 per month, and cover cable, garbage service, sewer, water, and the private road that services the community. Home prices at the time of the article are around $110 per square foot making this area very affordable. To use an old phrase, the homes could be considered affordable luxury.
