Sienna Canyon Bloomington Hills

Sienna Canyon Bloomington Hills is one of the nicer areas to live in the St George area. Sienna Canyon is a gated community with a limited number of homes available. Living in Sienna Canyon is like living in your own private canyon. The official name of the exclusive subdivision is Sienna Canyon at Webb Hill. The neighborhood is located off of Ft Pierce,  just above Bloomington Hills Drive. It is also directly across from the St George Golf Club course. A few of the lots have a view of the golf course. The residents of Sienna Canyon live close enough that they can drive their golf carts to the course.

Not only does Sienna Canyon Bloomington Hills have the natural beauty of being enclosed in it’s own canyon, the landscaping incorporated into the community is also breath taking. Fountains, trees, and bushes laced throughout, it is not hard to understand why the residents of Sienna Canyon are proud to call this their home. The security feature of the gate restricting entrance into the private paradise, make it one of the more sought after locations in all of the St George area.

Sienna Canyon Golf

As we mentioned previously because the Sienna Canyon community is directly across the street from the St George Golf Club. Sienna Canyon Bloomington Hills could be considered a golf course community. Some of the lots at the front of the neighborhood have a peek at the golf course. Some of the more spectacular  views of the golf course are available from the lots at the top of the Sienna Canyon development. They have not only the views of their private canyon below, but panoramic vistas of the golf course, and Pine Valley Mountain. There are only a limited number of properties that have these types of views. Given the current shortage of inventory at the time of this article there is only one house available in Sienna Canyon Bloomington Hills.
